Its goal is to make sure that the reporting and dashboarding defined inside the Data Factory are produced in a timely manner with the expected quality level required by Business Users. We make sure this is working by:
- Implementing a shared production governance
- Describing all activities and required knowledge in industrial procedures
- Executing procedures +according to a monthly, weekly and/or daily industrial planning
- Following the planning and updating the tasks (by professional resources)
- ensuring that all industrial reporting are based on plan and follow-up of information
- Setting-up Service management to change requests & incidents, SLA-based maintenance
- analyzing all suggestions to improve the production processin order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Back Office
