Why?
Facility managment manages a lot of buildings, branches, networks, brandings. This implicates a large quantity of facility projects: renovations, preventive & curative maintenance interventions, rollouts, rebrandings, relookings, HVACS special techniques, security issues.
Every division of an organization will consider the buildings from a different point of view: the finance managers will look at the real estate property, HR will look at the available workspaces, the sales will look at the point of sales, IT will look at the IT infrastructure. Within Facility Management the best practice is to monitor all the facility projects and to reconciliate those different point of views.
