Nowadays data are being growing parts of every aspects of our economies. Each individual, organisation and above all, each company is facing an increase in the volume of data generated and saved but also in the number of components entangled in their system. This accumulation leads to several problems as they become unmanageable by traditional IT solutions.
The term Big Data refers to dataset whose size is beyond the ability of typical database software tools to capture, store, manage and analyze.
The Big Data era can be seen as a threat or as an opportunity whether you have or not the appropriate tools and methodology to operate and exploit it but in any cases it is no doubt that you are or will be very soon confronted to some aspects of Big Data!
