To meet the increasing demand in business activities of the company, Deployments Factory is constantly looking for young active people willing to join the team. We are now looking for a Sales professional willing to join the team.

Job description:

The Sales Manager is a major contributor to the commercial success of the company. He has the full responsibility of all his customers  and needs to actively search for new prospects.

To do so, he/she has the following responsibilities:

  •  Build a strong customer relationship with executive stakeholders, probing for business pains and needs, prioritizing the opportunities by identifying the high value initiatives
  • Become the "go to" person the customer seeks out when new business initiatives evolve, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Understand the needs of the customers and translating them into concrete sales actions and offerings;
  • Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain loyalty and increase markets share;
  • Think strategically in order to provide the best solutions to the customer;
  • Give feedback and developing new approaches to improve customer excellence;
  • Retain customers, maintain business relations, following your offers, visiting customers and attending various events;
  • Prospect new customers, offer them our products, negotiate contracts and monitor contracts;

Profile:

  • A passionate Sales person with a genuine interest for the tremendous world of information (Business Intelligence).
  • A Sales person with goals that scrape the sky, with some affinities with the world of IT and information.
  • Analyzing your client’s ‘wish-list’ is what you love, presenting the best solution to your client is your passion and closing the deal is what boosts your energy.
  • With higher educational level, you already have a sales experience obtained ideally in the IT industry or the financial industry
  • You demonstrate an ability to absorb technical knowledge quickly and disseminate appropriately to high level professionals (CEO, CFO, CIO, CxO).
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills and a high level of energy and ambition with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Autonomous and proactive, you demonstrate analytical skills that result in productive actions and taking initiatives is a part of you.
  •  You are open-minded, flexible and have a strong sense of service. With strong argumentation and negotiations skills, you are creative and opportunity driven.
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
